Chapter 1: Dark Age of Neverwood
In the primeval time when Dragons ruled the lands of Neverwood, a battle of centuries emerged as the beacon of hope amidst the timeless wonders of many eras. The constant battles claimed the lives of many throughout the years.
A century ago, a war broke out in the northern region of Northway, leading to a major conflict after two-sided battles between the kingdoms across the lands, from the northern territories to the ancient lands of England. This battle endured for many centuries.
People of the North and England, including knights, assassins, and even pirates, were drawn into the conflict. After years of relentless warfare, they came together and forged a peace treaty. Involving many races and kingdoms, this period brought about an era of peace.
However, the N, not content with peace, decided to wage war on England once more. This time, they sought the favor of the gods and wielded powerful weapons and mysterious knowledge. This knowledge took various forms and sizes, manifesting in many weapons and spells scattered throughout the lands.
Folk heroes embarked on quests to search the lands far and wide for these mystical, god-forged weapons scattered throughout the realms of Neverwood. Many tried, but none succeeded in acquiring such power or discovering the ancient secrets.
As the years passed and the legends of old faded from the collective memory of Neverwood, a pirate known as Lord Silver Fang, who sailed the ocean blue, held the key to the forgotten truth.
Chapter 2: Silver Fang's Log
Intro to the tale of old, those who know me as Captain of the Seas. I travel far and wide throughout the lands and even realms, the lands of old, and trouble many seas, and seen many things. I've seen treasures beyond your imagination. I fought through many wars and collected many treasures. For example, the lost cave holds something dear to me.
Throughout my travels, I found some Mystic items, as I still can find HISFORQ on them. During my travels in Italy, I found some funny-looking hidden blades but never figured out how to use them because it was too much work. While traveling in the Caribbean Sea, I found tons of gold, silver, and gems, as well as a ton of pirate Lords.
As I set sail across the continent to North Gap in Northway, which was really cold, I met a Viking named RAAKE L, the leader of Blade Song, who led an expedition to the West of Northway. This led me to the settlement of the Raven Clan. So, it was settled, I decided to make camp here. I came to establish my own clan, the Assassin Pirate Clan. As time went on and the cold got deeper, my fellow men betrayed me for gold on the north and joined the clan known as North Winter RavenHOFF.
I came to the conclusion to sail up the coast through enchanted wonder seas, fighting my way through the waves of seas, heart krakens, mermaids, and even sea dragon turtles. The journey was treacherous, but after many days at sea, I found my way to Pirate Cove to settle here, hoping to find a piece of maps for the golden age treasure.
Chapter 3: Sail for Dragon Age
As we set sail for Dragon Age, we encountered many rough waves throughout the seas. We spent an average of three months at sea, and those three months passed by like a fly. How did you like the rhyme? :)
Upon reaching the land of Central City Bahn Sen, on the corner side, there was an elder known as Drag Con. He told us to go to the mountains, follow the forgotten trail, and seek the heroes of old.
As we ventured deeper into Dragon Age, we found ourselves lost in this wasteland, surrounded by towering mountains and winding trails. We wandered aimlessly through the lands, and when we reached a mountain peak, we heard a roaring sound that grew louder and louder.
To our amazement, it was none other than Dragons themselves. I couldn't believe my eyes; these mythical beings seemed too real. We set up camp at the peak, and I saw a blue dragon named MYHFIES, a creature I had only heard of in stories.
As I tried to get a better look at him, I noticed that a dragonborn had tamed him. The existence of such mythical creatures was legendary.
After a month of our journey, I noticed that the landscape had become different, greener than usual. I climbed a peak and, as foretold, we had reached Dragon Peak Mountain. On the corner to the West and South, we found a monastery and the hero of old...
The journey begins here.
Chapter 3: Sail for Dragon Age (continued)
As we continued our journey, the stories of Dragon Age proved to be true, just as Heart Haven had told us. After reaching the monastery and meeting the Champions, we shared with them that we had found the map of the forgotten realms.
Among the Champions we met were: 1. Jack, the knight; 2. Slayer, the sorcerer; 3. HYONUIS, the fighter; 4. KORA, the mage; and 5. Gideon, the leader of the seven champions. We also encountered HE Ng at his blacksmith workshop, and Pegasus, whom we spotted shooting arrows in the courtyard, the wandering elf.
The seven champions instructed us to set off on a quest to find ten weapons of old and defeat MYTHIESS, one of the seven Dragons roaming the lands.
We set off, and the monks warned us about Sky Heaven, the realm of roaring Dragons, advising us to seek dragon eggs, which held the clue to defeating the Dragons.
Chapter 3 - Part 1: The Path Through the Dragon Horn
As we set out to find one of the Dragons of the seven, it's been about weeks of journey throughout the Cliff of Sky Heaven.
We spotted a campfire in the distance and approached cautiously. To our surprise, it was a group of hunters, some of whom we recognized as our fellowship mates from the work.
In the corner of my eye, I saw a small town called Sky Towers. We decided to join our fellow hunters and soon discovered that they had been hunting a dragon.
They had located the dragon in a cave but were unable to breach a magical wall blocking their path. Dark Arrow, the head hunter, informed us of this obstacle and revealed an oddity in his throne chair - a dragon egg on the left side. The room was vast, and we also noticed what appeared to be a dragonstone.
As sunset settled, we set up camp here to wait for the approaching hour and prepare to confront the dragon in the cave. However, by morning, we found ourselves double-crossed.
Our weapons were gone, armor scattered, and gold reserves half empty. It became apparent that one of the Dragons of the seven, along with a dragonstone, had led us astray.
We traveled far, about 8 miles wide, seeking vengeance as hunters with the intent to reclaim our stolen possessions. Dark Arrow explained that we should join the fight against the Dragon and the power it sought, as we all sought the same knowledge held by these dragonstones.
Chapter 3 - Part 2: The Dragon's Mysteries
After defeating a terrifying dragon, we put one of the pieces together, knowing that we had a piece of the map, and we completed the quest, equipping ourselves with the knowledge to finish the mission the seven champions had sent us on.
However, we soon found ourselves in the middle of nowhere, with no rations left and half of our life potions gone. Our only salvation was an Oasis in the desolate landscape. We faced a decision: stay in our lands or venture through the Oasis. We put it to a vote, with two choices: Chains DC-25 (Choice One) or Choice Two.
Upon entering the Oasis, we spotted a sign of danger, indicating there was no way out. Despite the ominous warning, we decided to proceed, as this was the path we had chosen. The Oasis grew larger as we got closer, eventually revealing itself as a maze beyond the Oasis.
As one of us remarked, this place looked familiar. We soon realized that we were in ancient ruins. To find a path through, we had to fight our way through a skeleton army of the dead. Along the way, we encountered hidden traps, more than we had anticipated. Hope lay at the end of this treacherous tunnel.
Chapter 3 - Part 3: The Trials of the Dragons
After reaching the end of the maze, we realized that there was no way out. In the midst of our quest to defeat one of the Dragons of the seven, we knew that not all of us could make it out alive. We decided to take a vote on who to offer to the spirit dragon to secure our exit, not knowing that we had to sacrifice a hero from our party.
We thought the end was near, and to see the sun's light again was a blessing. We rejoiced in hearing the birds chirping and smelling the flowers. We also heard rumors of the Knights of the Ruins. Riddle said that the Knights were a formidable force throughout the land - turn your back, and you'd hear their roar; see them, and you'd be blinded by light. The answers lay ahead and behind.
As we emerged from the maze, we passed through a waterfall. Never would I have thought that in my travels, I would lose a hero and close friend in my party. Silver Wolf, to whom the knowledge was known, and my heart ached from the loss of a fallen hero. To know how it feels to lose a friend who sacrificed themselves for the group. Their name would be known throughout the land - Iron Wind.
Chapter 4 - Part 4: The Dragon's Guardians
So it began, the hunt for the Knights of Ruin, to seek them and uncover the knowledge they held. The party made insight checks to see what they could find out.
As we started searching for these knights, we always ran into trouble with these enigmatic figures. I wondered why us? What had brought us to this point? Something felt like it was calling me. As we traveled through Sky Heaven, we encountered an overwhelming number of dragons. After two weeks of exhaustion and weariness, we realized we couldn't move any farther. In the distance, we spotted a glare - a group of knights called the Knights of Ruins. Rumors about them had circulated, but we knew nothing concrete about them.
My mind briefly reflected on our journey as we had traveled for about two weeks by this point. We reached an elf kingdom without knowing that we would soon face another dragon. After finally reaching the elf kingdom, we rested for the night. As morning came, we were awakened by a screeching voice outside - we were under attack by a dragon once again. One of us remarked, "Dang, we can't catch a break!" Another grumbled, "Grraar, not this again!" And someone else sighed, "Ah heck no, when are we going to get some real sleep?!"
The night before, we had settled down in the elf kingdom, exploring its beauty and meeting high elves, including the princessa, Petaf the Third. While having a peaceful night with the high lords, we enjoyed dinner with them. The princessa shared her journeys and stories about the elven lands. As the night grew late, elf guards escorted us to our rooms.
But the next morning, we awoke to a screeching voice outside the courtyard - it was the princessa! We rushed down to the mess hall, where we witnessed a whole elf battalion fighting a dragon in the courtyard. Could we have ever imagined that we would be facing another dragon again? After defeating the dragon, one of the high elves, whose name we would soon learn...
Chapter 4: The Elf Wars of SkyHeaven
After fighting a terrifying dragon, we encountered an elf boy named ELGUS. He instructed us to follow him and offered us the chance to make an insight or history check, recognizing him as the keeper of knowledge and history throughout the elven lands. As he began to explain the dark history of Neverthwood, we realized there was more to it than we had ever considered.
Doubting ELGUS, we checked to verify if he was telling the truth before continuing onward. As we followed him into a narrow path, ELGAS suddenly warned us to look out. There was an explosion, and we had to be cautious not to step into any traps. ELGAS turned his head and asked if we were all right.
Addressing the situation, ELGAS revealed a long-awaited war between the five armies of Neverthwood. The elves were almost extinct due to each war they had fought, losing more good men with each conflict. The last century war had nearly wiped them out, resulting in the loss of 10,000 elf warriors and their warlord. Only 5,000 elves remained in the land, facing ruthless enemies consisting of Vikings, orcs, elves, templars, and pirates.
We inquired about the dragons, and ELGAS confirmed that the dragons had taken our homeland. There was a time when elves ruled these lands, but now they found themselves in a different reality. ELGAS cautioned us to watch our step as we approached a long, narrow bridge made of wood and rope, appearing to be on the verge of collapse.
With options before us, we had to decide our next move: 1. Take the long way around, or 2. Risk crossing the fragile bridge. After a 10-mile pathway that seemed to lead to our heroes' end and nearly dying of hunger and dehydration, we finally reached the elf kingdom of Fuathemar.
Chapter 5: The Elven Secrets
As we entered the elf kingdom, we marveled at the beautiful scenery and met the good people of Fvathemar. We were free to explore and had the option to visit the library, Eger, to learn about the secret that ELGAS had mentioned.
Upon arriving at the library, we encountered its massive doors. As we approached, they magically swung open, and we realized that we were in over our heads. The door closed behind us, and the lights flickered to life, revealing a seemingly endless expanse of halls lined with books upon shelves that stood as pillars. We noticed owls perched on the roof, maintaining the vast collection of books. Ladders leaned against the shelves, pottery adorned tables, and various curiosities filled the library.
The party now had to decide what to do next. In our study, we found information about the ten legendary weapons - their locations, blueprints, and more. With this newfound knowledge, we embarked on a quest to find these weapons and fulfill the mission given to us by the heroes.
After gathering knowledge and secrets, we finally received a clue about what was really going on. It initially seemed like a dead end, but we soon realized that these dragons were behind it all. Following our meeting with the princess in Fvathemar kingdom, we obtained the locations of the ten legendary weapons and even managed to defeat an ancient dragon.
Now, we set off to meet with the champions, aiming to prove ourselves worthy of these ancient amulets.
Chapter 6: The Meeting to Counterstrike
After meeting with the champions once again, time froze, but only two of the chosen heroes could break the spell. These two heroes caught a glimpse of all seven champions, but that was not all; they also saw the five guardians. As one hero sneaked around a corner pillar, an investigation check was in order, while the other hero attempted to communicate with them to gather information. As time stood still, the rest of the heroes could do nothing, and it seemed pointless.
After acknowledging the two heroes, the guardians and the champions devised an action plan to defeat the chaos dragon. The champions then handed the heroes seven amulets, saying, "Here you go, you'll need these," and gave them to the party. Proving themselves worthy, the heroes now knew what lay ahead and prepared for a chilling journey to Valhalla to find the Blade of Ancient Dragons.
After the meeting with the champions and receiving the amulets, they instructed the heroes to prepare for a long journey to the winterlands, specifically Valhalla. The party set off, and one of the members complained. The dice were rolled to determine their skill and constitution. Once they reached the winterlands, they faced the decision to push forward through the freezing cold weather throughout the night or to set up camp at a safe place. The winterlands brought back fears of old into the souls of those who wandered through them. The bone-chilling cold wind froze their bones, and horrifying growls froze their motions.
Upon reaching Valhalla, they realized the cold was intense. One of them asked if they had a map and questioned whether they were lost. Another warned that this was not a good place to get lost in. They also mentioned having a guest. To meet one of the leaders in Valhalla, they needed to navigate through the Dreamwinter Mountains, across the Icebite Mountains, and through the Frost Giant's cave just to reach the kingdom of RawWinter, where the North people lived and meet the leader of the kingdom.
After a week's worth of travel, facing freezing temperatures, dangerous ice paths, ice trolls, Drow, and exhausting battles with ice wolves that left the party almost frozen, they saw a bright light on the distant horizon - the RawWinter Kingdom. With their party's health at a critical low, they couldn't afford another night in these conditions. They reached the peak of a high mountain and entered the RawWinter Kingdom. However, they soon realized they were in Viking territory, and the situation became perilous. Ice wolves, ice people, and an ice dragon added to their challenges.
