The Philosophy of Mastery
The Skill Tracker is built on a specific understanding of progression. Mastery is not linear; it is a pyramid. As you climb, the work increases, and the number of peers decreases.
Level 0: Starting Point
The masses. This is everyone who has never tried. The PPPs to leave this level are accessible to almost anyone.
Level 1: First Steps
You have started. You have taken the initial actions. A huge number of people are here.
Level 2: Fledgling Ability
You have basic ability, but you are inconsistent. This level requires some resources and effort.
Level 3: Average / Proficient
The standard for someone who is "good" at this. You are consistent and reliable. This is a respectable plateau for most.
Level 4: Going Beyond
The dedicated few. You have put in work that most will not. You are significantly above average.
Level 5: Best of the Best
True mastery. Only a few people in the world reach this level. It requires total dedication.
